Native App
Specific to a certain operating system
A native application is one that is developed specifically for a certain operating system. Each of the platforms, Adroid and iOS, have a different system, so if you want your app to be available on all platforms, you will have to create several apps for each of them.
When we talk about mobile development, we’re almost always referring to native apps. The main one is the possibility of accessing all the features of the mobile phone’s hardware: camera, GPS, agenda, storage devices and many others. This makes the user experience much more positive than with other types of apps.

They run on any device via web browser
A web application is one developed with languages such as HTML, Javascript, and CSS. The main advantage over the native one is the possibility of programming regardless of the operating system in which the application will be used. This way they can run on different devices without having to create multiple apps.
Web applications run within the device’s own web browser via a URL. It does not require installation and they are always a good option if your goal is to adapt the website to a mobile format.
